We give our consultants as much responsibility as they feel comfortable with and ensure they have the support they need to develop even further. The team attends both internal and external training courses and we hold in-depth staff appraisals twice a year.
But it's not all work. We also offer 28 days of paid holiday a year, a flexible home working policy, free breakfast, season ticket loans and an annual lifestyle allowance. Every Friday at 4.30pm we leave the office early to toast the end of the week (and start of the weekend).
